Living in today's anointing
"Therefore we also since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, extricating ourselves from all the weight and the sin that easily besets us, let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking firmly to the Author and Counselor Faith, Jesus, who, for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sits at the right hand of the throne of God." Heb. 12:1-2
Running the race with perseverance, it is only possible if we are under the anointing. What Luke 5:37,38 tells us: "And no one puts new wine into old wineskins, because the new wine will burst the skins, it will spill the wine and the bottles shall perish. Rather, new wine must be put into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved. "
The new wine represents a new anointing to be placed in a new heart. The new wine or we may say, a fresh new anointing being renewed in our lives daily. Anointing of the present, which again makes the flow of God happen in our lives doing all the difference in our lives, at all times and situations.
How can we tell if we are living and moving through a new anointing in our lives? See:
"Joseph is fruitful bough, fruitful by the fountain; its branches extend over the wall. The archers give bitterness, hate and throw against him. His bow, however, remains firm, and his arms are made active by the hand of the Mighty One of Jacob, the Shepherd and Stone of Israel ... " Gen.49: 22-26
Under the anointing of the present time, a new anointing, renewed in our lives, we are able to face any adversity, situation, conflict. Here or in another nation, culture, and finally the dry land of the difficulties will become wealth through the anointing of God upon us. The anointing will make the tree bear fruit again. Joseph is an example, despite the fruit branch archers. The anointing makes us overcome barriers, climbing branches by the strong arm of the Lord. Hallelujah!
Under new anointing we will win resistances contrary in all areas of our lives. By the interference of God in our favor, not by trying to use an armor of war that is not yours. An example of this is Saul and David, "Saul clothed David with his garments, and put him on the head a bronze helmet, and wore a breastplate. David girded his sword upon his armor and tried to walk, for he had used, so David said to Saul: I cannot walk with it, because I never used it. And David put them off him." 1 Sam. 17: 38-39. The training comes from the anointing and not of human power.
The anointing makes the daring people, who march toward victory. God anoints and ordains: Walk!
The career is set before us, we must run with perseverance, looking firmly to Jesus, and we need God lining which is possible only through the Spirit of God that renews us in anointing. Have a new anointing every day, today’s anointing, and not the past. March with an attitude of more than a conqueror.
